We collect the information you provide directly: your partner's EU nationality, relationship type, uploaded documents, and email address. We do not collect names, national ID numbers, or financial information during the eligibility process.
Your documents are used solely for the purpose of verifying your family reunification case against the legal requirements of your partner's EU country. Your email is used only to send your case verdict. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.
All uploaded documents are stored in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption at rest. Documents are automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after your case is resolved, unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention in writing.
Your documents are processed by automated systems (including AI models provided by Anthropic) to verify compliance with country-specific requirements. All AI analysis is reviewed by a human expert before any verdict is issued. AI-generated analysis results are stored in our database for audit purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers essential to delivering the service (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, AI processing). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about your case, or request restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
All administrative actions taken on your case (including review, override, and email sending) are logged with timestamps and stored for a minimum of 2 years as required by applicable law. These logs are accessible to authorised personnel only.
